Girona Buddies neurodivergents group

From Girona Buddies

Girona Buddies has a subgroup for neurodivergent adults. A diagnosis is not required to join; anyone who identifies as being neurodivergent is welcome. Their WhatsApp group can be used to discuss autism, ADHD, BPD, unmasking, sensory needs, etc. They also meet in person to discuss their experiences of being neurodivergent.

It seems to be the only neurodivergent group for adults in Girona that’s not aimed at children or parents.

Any language is allowed, including Catalan, English, and Spanish.
